At American Factory Wheel, we strive to ensure you receive the perfect fit for your vehicle; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that wheels must be in their original packaging and must not have had tires mounted to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original factory boxes, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the wheels for any signs of mounting or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
